5/. Conduct Long-term Strategic Plan Workshop
On December 28-31, 2006 to January 01, 2007, CAMP conducted workshop on Long-Term Strategic Plan in Siem Reap province to discuss and review on Goal, Objective and Mission, SWOT analysis, to create core value, and to sum up CAMP's works. The workshop was participated from Board of Director, an advisor, former member and all members with fully and actively participated from all participants. It was successful and fruitful conducted.
After the workshop we got the following outputs:
- Activities from 2000-2006 were presented in the workshop
- VMG were revised and approved
- The SWOT analysis on Cooperation and Networking, CRC Promotion, Monitoring, Organizational Development and Public Relation and Fund Raising were done.
- CAMP's core values were created.
