On August 29-30, 2006 CAMP conducted a workshop on "Good and Strong Leadership in term of Children and Youth" in Sihanuk Ville participated by children and youth from difference organizations (Children Committee, Student Executive Committee, Women for Peacemakers, Khmer Youth Camp for Culture, Khmer Community Development, Youth Resource Development Program, Children Club of Licadho Siem Reap, Children Club of World Vision Phnom Penh, Child Assistance for Mobilization and Participation). Totally, there 14 participants from five children and youth led organizations attended the workshop. The workshop was conducted with the purposes to share and exchange experiences on good and strong leadership style/method among children and youth led organization and to collect the information regarding children and youth leadership style.

The workshop was come up with the following outputs:

Styles of leadership, Leader's skills, Leader's roles, Principles and characteristic of leadership, Power of leader, and the strategy, obstacle and solution of Child and youth led group, the behaviors of child and youth led group were presented and discussed. However, we found that some information from the workshop was not clear and enough, so we plan conduct an interview with the leaders of children and youth led organization in order to fulfill the unclear and missing points.
