The project will address the problems by promoting children participation to address the cross cutting issues. CAMP will build up the capacity of children, and then encourage and assist them to create their own initiative projects to solve the problems counter in their community. After they raise up their initiatives ideas, CAMP will provide them opportunity to write it into the paper, so that they can create the action plan or proposal by themselves. To make the children initiative become the reality action, CAMP will allocate some fund to support the children local action plan. The children's local action plan will be implemented by children with some assistance from CAMP if necessary. CAMP will monitor the children local activities two times. Finally, CAMP and children will conduct an evaluation meeting altogether.

The children in four target provinces, the village chiefs in the target village, NGOs staff of World Vision Cambodia, Krou Yeoung Center and Enfant et Development will contribute their time, energy, space, knowledge, experiences and some technical assistance and other. Save the Children Sweden will contribute some financial on this project. CAMP and the NGOs partners will make a cooperation agreement altogether.
